I am excited to announce the opening of Robert Mooradian Law! I am exclusively practicing as a criminal defense attorney in Newnan, Coweta County, Troup County, Meriwether County, Carroll County, Heard County, and Fayette County. While some firms handle many areas of law and may be considered a "jack of all trades" I know I can best serve my clients by specializing in a single area of my expertise.

In "hanging a shingle" and starting my own practice, I take pride seeing my name on the door. My name is my reputation, which is everything in this business. As such, I have very high expectations and standards for myself as to the quality of representation and service that I provide my clients. I think an attorney should represent their clients as strongly, passionately, and diligently as they would for their own family member in the same situation.

I strongly believe in maintaining excellent communication with my clients. That means providing updates on the case and timely answering questions and being accessible by phone, text, or email. Under normal circumstances (not in trial, not the weekend, not on vacation) I am usually able to respond to my clients within 24 hours (if not the same day). I can easily imagine how frustrating and stressful it would be when an attorney is not responsive, and I never want to make a client feel that way.

I understand having a case hanging over you is stressful. For that reason I am proactive on any case I am hired on and promptly begin building a defense and trying to make progress early on. I am not a passive attorney that pushes my cases to the side when I know there is more that can be done for them. In fact, as to the cases of mine that are in a holding pattern, it is almost always due to waiting on the prosecution to make a decision or respond to a request of mine that I have made. To enable me to provide this level of representation that is so important to me, I purposefully avoid taking on too large of a case load. My ideal clients are those seeking the best outcome for their case and needing the best representation.

As a person who grew up in Newnan, it is a privilege and an honor for me to open my law firm here and be a part of the downtown community. I look forward to continuing to serve my community as a criminal defense attorney and protecting your rights and fighting to protect your future. If I can be of service, please click "Send a Message" above or call (678) 345-8855 to schedule a free consultation.
